We're Hiring Kitchen staff!

Do you have a passion for delivering quality? Like to work in a fast-paced environment? Really enjoy multi-tasking? Have we got a job for you!

We're a fun crew and we love to laugh and joke while we get our work done, usually while listening to Merle Haggard or Cannibal Corpse - whichever best suits our mood that day.

We're hiring for part time with the option to move into full time. Day and night availability is preferred but we will try to work around your schedule as much as possible. We have a small kitchen so you will be expected to work all kitchen positions - prep, tickets, & dish. Must be available during weekends. Shifts are typically 6-7 hours.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Ensure that orders of the highest quality come out in a timely fashion
  • Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements
  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices\

**This position requires going up and down stairs, kneeling & crouching, and lifting up to 20lbs. And also the use of high-fives.
